At SKOUTgolf, we take a long-term athletic development approach to junior golf, ensuring kids build strong fundamentals, athleticism, and a lifelong love for the game.
Our program is built on a proven model combining the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Junior Curriculum, US Kids Golf Curriculum, and over 10 years of experience developing junior golfers in Beaverton.
The results speak for themselves. We've helped over 20 juniors advance to play at the D1, D2, D3, and JUCO levels, along with multiple players qualifying USGA Boys & Girls Junior Amateurs as well as the USGA US Amateur. We structure our programs into four key age groups, each designed to meet the developmental needs of young athletes as they progress in the game.
Our youngest golfers are introduced to the game through fun, engaging activities designed to develop fundamental movement skills and spark a love for golf. The focus is on building coordination, balance, and agility while making & "going to golf" exciting.
75-Minute Sessions As kids grow, we introduce basic golf skills while continuing to develop movement and coordination in a fun group setting. We focus on building friendships, keeping practice fun, and laying the foundation for future improvement.
90-Minute Sessions This program is where juniors begin the transition from "kids who play golf" to "golfers". We create a team-focused environment that allows consistent participants to improve quickly, while still giving space for multi-sport athletes to balance other activities.
20-150 Minute Sessions For juniors who are serious about competing, whether it’s for their high school team, local/state tours, national events, or on to the college level—this is where golf becomes their primary sport. The program focuses on developing advanced skills, strategy, and tournament preparation.
